Founded on the principle of uncompromising quality in products and services, Russ and Melanie Hauser began Hauser Orthotics & Prosthetics, Inc. in April of 1999 with their first office in Conroe, Texas.
With a rapidly growing reputation for outstanding service, quality products and low patient cost, a second office was opened in Huntsville, Texas.
In 2006, Hauser Orthotics & Prosthetics, Inc. became an incorporated business under the corporation laws of the State of Texas.
It is our mission to ensure the needs of our patient always come first and foremost and we accomplish this through true caring and respect for our patients and to provide nothing less than superior products and services.
We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to never forget our patients are our neighbors ... and who would you most likely want to turn to in the event of need? Of course, a neighbor!
Company Management
Russ Hauser brings with him a distinguished career as a practitioner since his graduation with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in orthotics and prosthethics from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center/Allied Health Sciences in 1995.
Russ is a Licensed Prosthetist/Orthotist and a Certified Prosthetist.

Melanie Hauser is a Registered Nurse with her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas and has served in positions of senior nursing management responsibility, head and neck trauma and is Rehabilitation Board certified along with being a Certified Fitter of Mastectomy.
She has also served in leadership positions in nontraditional nursing and business management.
