We are open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. (Note, new hours)  We recommend appointments so that we have time to spend with just you without waiting.

Unless your insurance plan requires you to stay in a network, each time you need a brace or leg, yes, you can choose your own orthotist or prosthetist.

Bring your current orthosis or prosthesis, your prescription, and your current insurance information. If either your orthosis or prosthesis is above the knee, please wear or bring a pair of shorts.

STOP wearing your leg or brace and contact your orthotist or prosthetist immediately. Do not attempt to fix it yourself.

With children’s braces, they need to be changed as the child grows, parts wear out, or break. With adults, similar reasons, change in limb, part replacement or breakage.
You should replace a prosthesis, when your residual limb changes or the number of socks you are wearing is up to 15 ply.

Bring your prescription, your current prosthesis if you have one, along with your bra(s). Also if you have a horizontal striped shirt, wear that or bring it along.

The information needed to fit anyone with compression hose witll be the style and strength of compression. We are happy to measure your arm or leg to get the probler fit. Even with a prescription, many insurance companies do not pay for compression hose.

We are providers for many insurance companies.  You can also call and ask, but a few of the companies are: Medicare, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Cigna Health Springs, Aetna, Humana, United HealthCare. Many of these companies may need to give authorization for the services.
